22 hours, 3 flights, 2 train rides and one long taxi ride later, I finally made it to Handong Global University in South Korea! I'm super excited to be here.
For the next 20 days, 10 of us - Calvin students and a professor - will be studying Agile Game Development with Korean Students from Handong Global University and of course, there will be a lot of sight seeing.
If you're wondering how this is possible: Well, Calvin College has something called Interim for the January month. It allows students to take an on or off campus 3-credit class. You're required to take 3, and you can choose to take one interim off. There are so many opportunities for one to go abroad while studying at Calvin, it's one of the perks!
Stay tuned as I tell you all about my experiences, from food to buildings to learning from my Korean partner. Have a wonderful weekend!
